Job Purpose

Supports the Fleet Manager in Germany and Greece in delivering critical maintenance programs and achieving ongoing regulatory compliance through effective administration of key fleet processes, including vehicle licensing & testing, vendor maintenance, and GVMax data entry. Maintains relevant records/databases and coordinates with FedEx personnel and regulatory authorities to ensure required outcomes are achieved. Also carries out research, analysis, reporting, and expenditure control activities, and provides support in vehicle registration, sales processes, and physical filing of regulatory records.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle escalated or complex issues
• Coordinate team activities and agency contract staff
• Support supervisor or manager activities
• Assist in design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures
• Complete office‑based administrative tasks related to back‑office functions with limited external customer contact
• Act as a backup for other Fleet Management Administrators
• Support Fleet Management Specialists in Germany and Greece for workshop visits, on‑site repair checks, asset sales, and vendor management
• On‑site filing of documents (license, MOT, etc.)
• Retirement of vehicles (collect all registration documents and send to the buyer)
• Create monthly fleet reports and KPIs
• Recover warranty costs
