Fleet Sales Lead - Zeekr Germany

The role

Our German team is looking for a Fleet Sales Lead who will be part of building and running our important Fleet business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey.

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers and Leasing companies, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Build and lead the Fleet sales team in Germany.
• Set and achieve specific Fleet sector sales targets that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr's Fleet offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with Fleet customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the Fleet sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to our Fleet customers and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for Fleet customers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
• Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.

Experience of Fleet Sales leadership within the automotive industry.

Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.

Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.

Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.

Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English and German, both spoken and written.

Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
