The Company

The Role

You will build, modify, and fly UAV platforms, integrating mission‑critical hardware and ensuring performance in GNSS‑denied environments. From simulation to field deployment, you’ll be the technical authority bridging design and reality. Expect hands‑on work, troubleshooting, and direct customer support in dynamic conditions.

• Strong practical skills: soldering, crimping, assembly, CAD (Fusion360/SolidWorks), rapid prototyping.
• Expert UAV pilot with experience in ArduPilot/PX4 and tuning for non‑GPS navigation (Optical Flow, LiDAR, VIO).
• Solid understanding of MAVLink, PID tuning, and sensor fusion debugging.
• Ability to analyze flight logs (Bin/ULog) and diagnose issues like magnetic interference or EKF errors.
• Eligible for German security clearance (SÜ2/Ü2)—typically requiring German/EU/NATO residency.
