we are looking for a

Footwear Developer PU/EVA (m/f/d)
Your Shoes To Fill

• Lead the development of EVA and PU (Direct Injected) footwear from initial design to production readiness
• Manage all technical development phases including planning, prototyping, 3D construction, and mold making
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams and product line managers during product development
• Coordinate with material suppliers and oversee 3D design and mold manufacturing processes
• Work directly with internal and external partners for tooling and mold production
• Ensure all products meet quality and production standards for mass manufacturing

Your Walk Of Life

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry, especially with EVA and PU injected shoes
• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing methods, construction, materials, and mold-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• A curious, product-driven spirit with a passion for technical development and production innovation
• Proficient with data management tools (preferably SAP) and MS Office
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently
