As part of the Brandstock Trademark Searches Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and growing our clients’ brands. You will join a detail‑oriented, meticulous team that conducts trademark searches to uncover potential conflicts, ensuring smooth and successful brand launches.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct worldwide trademark searches.
• Independently prepare and compile search reports, as well as summarise foreign search reports.
• Enter and evaluate information on our search platform.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
• Correspond with clients and colleagues.
• Prepare and review cost estimates.
• Review and check the results of colleagues’ reports.

• Naturally curious individual with a background in linguistics or translation and a strong understanding of nuanced meaning and semantics.

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
