What you can expect

• Market leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity and venture capital funds
• Advising leading domestic and global PE and VC funds on complex international fundraisings and strategies
• Representing some of the leading global and local investors in their fund due diligence analyses
• Advising on complex carried interest and other incentivisation structures

Qualifications

What characterizes you

We are looking for a German, UK, or US (or international equivalent) qualified associate with a keen interest in business issues to join our highly motivated and market leading team in Munich . German language skills are not strictly required.
