About us

4strat helps organisations to approach the future differently and with confidence in order to shape change and disruption in a sustainable way. With an interdisciplinary team consisting of 10 futurists, designers and developers, we offer expert- and data-driven tools and services for strategic foresight.

Our centrepiece is the Foresight Strategy Cockpit, a holistic all-in-one solution for managing foresight processes based on real-time data and user-friendly collaboration across different teams. Our customers include international organisations from the private and the public sector.

To grow our team, we are looking for a full time consultant (40h/week) to provide operational support and manage a wide range of projects in the field of foresight and strategy.

THE ROLE

• An addition to our team of consultants with responsibilities surrounding the implementation and management of foresight projects for international clients from the private and public sector.
• Working with quantitative and qualitative data (from the digital sphere, workshops, interviews or empirical research) in an interdisciplinary team.
• Planning workshops and trainings on foresight thinking and the Foresight Strategy Cockpit.
• Looking after a set of key accounts and contributing to the expansion of partner networks.
• Contributing to written products, including presentations and content for workshops, client meetings, reports, pitches, etc.
• Contributing to the development of new processes and the Foresight Strategy Cockpit in line with customer requirements and taking an active role driving innovative ideas and initiatives.

THE PERSON

• Degree from the field of trend/futures studies, innovation, marketing, economics, or similar disciplines.
• Some professional experience in the field of trend research, strategy consulting, foresight or project management.
• Comfortable with some international travel for client projects.
• Team-oriented and conceptual work with hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility.
• Analytical skills and systemic thinking.
• Confident communication with customers and comfortable managing key accounts.
• Fluent German and English skills as well as proficient in using software and Microsoft Office programmes.
