Job Description:
You will lead the technical integration of cutting-edge audio enhancement technology for global Voice AI customers. Bridging the gap between core engineering and real-world production, you will design low-latency agent architectures, run performance benchmarks, and ensure reliability for telephony and voice-assistant platforms at massive scale in a high-ownership environment.

What you will do:

• Design and integrate complex Voice AI stacks using real-time frameworks like Pipecat and LiveKit with a focus on low-latency audio quality.

• Act as the primary technical expert for customers, diagnosing streaming issues and optimizing end-to-end performance across codecs and sampling rates.

• Develop custom benchmarks and reference implementations that demonstrate technical value and accelerate the adoption of speech enhancement tools.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in early-stage startups with a track record of building production-grade Voice AI or conversational agent systems.

• Deep technical expertise in real-time audio infrastructure, including hands-on experience with streaming protocols, buffering, and ML-powered products.

• Strong software engineering skills across Python, TypeScript, or Rust, combined with excellent communication skills for high-stakes technical stakeholder management.
