About Bliro At Bliro, we are creating the only AI Assistant enterprise revenue teams need. To achieve that we build, customize and deploy AI agents that automate the manual work inside those revenue teams.

That work includes:

• Detailed customer visit preparation using voice-to-voice phone agents
• Post processing agents inside the customer's internal systems (mostly CRM and ERP)
• Sales Coaching agents
• Revenue forecasting agents
• and much more

We work with large enterprise customers running complex systems like SAP Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics, Salesforce and custom CRM environments. Making AI truly valuable in these environments requires more than a generic SaaS product - it requires deep technical customization, integration, and product evolution.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Customization & Integration

• Build and configure integrations with systems like SAP Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics, Salesforce and other enterprise tools
• Work with APIs, data flows, and automation logic
• Write Python scripts, complex AI prompts and implement custom solutions where needed
• Ensure high integration coverage and reliable CRM/ERP data ingestion

AI Agent Customization

• Translate business workflows into agent logic and prompt configurations
• Improve automation coverage of manual tasks
• Iterate on AI analytics, coaching logic, and AI outputs based on real customer feedback

Product Evolution

• Identify recurring enterprise needs and translate them into scalable product features
• Actively shape the roadmap for agents, integrations, and automation capabilities
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to upstream solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Success during enterprise onboardings
• Operate independently on technical execution while keeping stakeholders aligned
• Support Sales with technical feasibility when needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

Strong Technical Foundation (1–3 years experience)

• Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar from a top-tier technical university
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Solid Python skills (SQL is a plus)
• Comfortable working hands-on with real production systems

AI & Automation Curiosity

• Interest in AI prompting, agent systems, and workflow automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic
• Excited about turning manual enterprise processes into automated agents

Location

Munich-based role. Close collaboration with our sales, CS, product and engineering teams, who are all on site. Englisch (C2) and German (C1+) needed.
