What you’ll do
Innovation Management

• Run startup PoCs end-to-end: from scouting and scoping to execution
• Translate tech talk into real business outcomes
• Identify the best-fit startup solutions for real corporate needs
• Act as a connector between corporates and startups—ensuring clarity, alignment, and results

COO Support / Founder Associate Responsibilities

• Support Madlen (our COO) with daily tasks—calendar, travel, emails
• Create engaging content/assets for customers, LinkedIn or other channels needed
• Be a sounding board
• Build and own structures/systems for internal teams
• Coordinate projects and take ownership of operational tasks
• Organise client events
• Stay close to everything that drives the company forward
