We are now hiring an Operations & Residency Associate to ensure our founder residency runs seamlessly. We're looking for someone who thrives on energy, relationships, and ambition to be the heartbeat of Antler ONE and a crucial member of the Founder Experience & Community team. From leading our founder residency to post-investment portfolio support and building a world-class community with both precision and soul, you'll be across the full founder journey as you help ambitious people do the best work of their lives.

The Role

We're looking for someone who thrives on energy, relationships, and ambition to be the driver of the Antler ONE community and a crucial member of the Continental European Founder Experience team. You'll be across the full founder journey, leading our Residency, supporting the portfolio post-investment, and building a world-class community with both precision and soul.

Responsibilities

Run Founder Residency with Energy and Drive

• Lead execution and day-to-day experience for our founder residency, including standout ecosystem events, speakers, workshops and curated programming.
• Design sessions, content, and key moments that elevate founder clarity and momentum.
• Keep everything running like clockwork while ensuring every founder feels seen, challenged, and supported.

Build Community & Culture

• Foster real connection across Antler ONE through building and improving our systems, communication, and curated touchpoints.
• Take pride in making our Berlin office feel like home—stocked, tidy, and energizing for founders and guests.
• Help define what community means at Antler and take lead on bringing it to life.

Requirements

• You're a people magnet who thrives on meaningful relationships and gains energy from hosting, connecting, and inspiring communities.
• You see both macro and micro: you can shape experiences and run tight ops, shifting seamlessly between creative thinking and operational excellence.
• 1-3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, VC, community, ops, events, marketing, or a mix).
• You're a builder—fast-moving, feedback-loving, and someone who owns outcomes end-to-end.
• You care deeply about founders and the startup ecosystem, and want to help shape the next generation of iconic companies.
• You have experience hosting events and managing the event experience end-to-end, planning, logistics, and execution.
