Founded in July 2023 and officially launched in July 2024, we are building a new beverage category.

Our mission:

• JUUZ Protein Soda is building a European performance beverage brand that establishes functional drinks as an essential part of everyday life. With protein soda as our growth platform.

• We create functional beverages that combine performance, everyday practicality, and great taste.

• Our goal is to provide consumers with simple, high-quality solutions for their daily performance needs.

• We are a small team (under 10 people) with big ambition, fast execution, and real ownership.

About you

As Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founders across all core areas of the business. You will drive high-priority strategic and operational projects, create structure where needed, and help translate vision into execution. This role gives you full exposure to strategy, operations, fundraising preparation, sales, and brand building — with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.

Your responsibilites:

• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects (e.g. market expansion, pricing, new channels)

• Prepare analyses, presentations, and materials for investors and partners

• Support fundraising and board preparation

• Build KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes

• Support sales, marketing, and operations with data-driven insights and process improvements

• Take ownership of special projects

• Act as a coordination hub across teams to ensure alignment and execution speed

What you bring

• Initial experience in consulting, investment, startup, VC, or a high-performance environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Structured thinking with high attention to detail

• Ability to operate independently and take ownership

• High level of drive, ambition, and execution speed

• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
