Through our work with 5,000+ employers in Germany, we've identified a major opportunity to reinvent how headhunting works — powered by agentic AI. ELVA is our newest product and still early in its journey. As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with our CEO to bring this product from 0 to 1, shape its go-to-market strategy, build operational foundations, and support its rapid commercial expansion.
This is a unique role for ambitious early-career talent who want to learn how to build a new product — while being part of an international team of highly motivated and talented people. You'll learn more in 6 months than in 2 years of traditional career paths.
The role is based in Berlin.
Support the CEO in building and launching ELVA, our new AI product
Take ownership of initiative planning, tracking, and operational coordination across teams
Conduct analyses and market research on emerging AI tools to support product decisions and GTM strategy
Build and manage early sales pipelines and support sales follow-ups
Create marketing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and FAQs
Prepare contracts, oversee billing workflows, and support revenue operations
Prepare and continuously improve customer onboarding materials
Support customers during early adoption and help translate their feedback into product improvements
Outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Internship experience in startups, scale-ups, venture capital, consulting, or business operations
Passion for AI, HR tech, and early-stage product building
Entrepreneurial drive: You think like a builder — proactive, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
Execution excellence: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver quickly
Structured communicator: You write clearly, create strong presentations, and communicate confidently
Commercial intuition: You're curious about GTM, sales, and customer challenges
Values-driven: You align with HeyJobs' mission and culture
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
