Founders Associate – Choose Your Track

Join to apply for the Founders Associate - Choose your Track role at Feldwerke . As a Founders Associate Intern , you work directly with the founding team on strategic topics and concrete implementation. You help design solutions and then execute them. The following tracks are available for master students or recent graduates, with a 50% focus on execution and 50% on project work:

Sales & Business Development

Execution (~50%)

• Conduct outreach to landowners & partners (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
• Maintain and update CRM (deals, notes, tasks, follow‑ups)
• Prepare pitch decks, one‑pagers and basic commercial calculations
• Join selected meetings and handle notes & follow‑ups

Project Work (~50%)

• Co‑design outreach strategies for specific regions or segments
• Structure cases and opportunity assessments (go / no‑go)
• Build and refine simple commercial models for Agri‑PV projects
• Help define playbooks and templates for scalable sales activities

Project Development

Execution (~50%)

• Prepare concrete submission documents for municipalities & grid operators
• Coordinate with planners, consultants and landowners (emails, calls, document chasing)
• Maintain project trackers (status, timelines, checklists) and keep them current
• Support on‑site or online meetings and document outcomes

Project Work (~50%)

• Analyse zoning, permitting and EEG requirements and summarise implications
• Help structure project pipelines and prioritisation (which sites, in which order, why)
• Contribute to standardising internal processes, templates and guidelines
• Assist in building decision bases for "go / hold / drop" per project

Marketing & Communications

Execution (~50%)

• Create concrete materials: LinkedIn posts, visuals, one‑pagers, slides
• Support setup and operation of webinars & events (tools, invites, reminders)
• Prepare tailored communication for landowners, municipalities & partners
• Collect content (photos, quotes, data) and turn it into drafts

Project Work (~50%)

• Co‑develop Feldwerke’s narrative and key message architecture
• Plan content clusters/themes around Agri‑PV, PAPV, BESS, etc.
• Help design campaign formats and editorial calendars
• Analyse campaign performance and derive ideas for next iterations

People & HR

Execution (~50%)

• Write and post job ads, manage updates on platforms
• Screen CVs, prepare interview packs and support scheduling
• Help run interviews (note‑taking, scorecards) and candidate follow‑ups
• Prepare onboarding materials and checklists for new joiners

Project Work (~50%)

• Co‑design hiring funnels and interview processes for key roles
• Help improve onboarding journeys and internal rituals (all‑hands, offsites, feedback)
• Support in shaping employer branding assets (career page, JD templates, LinkedIn)
• Contribute to simple org/role clarity projects with the founders

Your Profile

You are a Master student or recent Master graduate (e.g. Business, Engineering, Energy, Law, Communications or a related field). First experience in at least one relevant area: consulting, startups, VC, project development, business development, marketing or HR.

• Strong analytical & conceptual skills – Slides/PowerPoint and Excel/Sheets feel natural to you.
• You enjoy thinking and doing : structuring problems and then executing the solution yourself.
• High intrinsic motivation for renewable energy, climate impact and agriculture/energy topics .
• Very good communication skills , comfortable in meetings with external stakeholders.
• You work reliably and independently , can prioritise and keep several tasks organised at once.
• German is your mother tongue (or native‑level, C2‑equivalent); English skills are a plus.
