Tasks

Role Overview

As a Founders Associate at Enzo, you’ll work directly with the founding team, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple business areas. Whether you’re a full‑time hire or an intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, scaling our operations, and helping us expand our innovative water monitoring solution to new markets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high‑growth environment, where you’ll gain insight into startup operations and develop your entrepreneurial skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiatives: Support the founders in high‑priority projects, including market research, partnership development, and business scaling.
• Operations: Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficient scaling of the company, from product development to customer onboarding.
• Business Development: Help explore and foster new opportunities for growth, including B2B collaborations, market entry strategies, and go‑to‑market planning.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparing presentations, gathering data, and analyzing key metrics to support ongoing investor communications and fundraising efforts.
• Product Development: Work closely with the tech team to align product roadmaps with business objectives, providing insights from a commercial perspective.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Engage with current and potential customers or partners, helping establish and maintain key relationships.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to shape Enzo’s positioning and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Passion for technology, sustainability, or the real estate/insurance sectors.
• Fluency in English and German
