Your role

As Founders Associate in Business Development, you'll work directly with our co-founder Nicolas on high-impact projects that have a direct effect on the entire company. Your focus will be on strategy, go-to-market, and growth topics — but you'll be needed across all the areas a founder deals with day in, day out.

Tasks

• Be the right hand of our co-founder Nicolas and gain insight into every facet of the founder's day-to-day
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that advance our mission: simplifying tax reclamation processes for investors and maximizing dividend returns
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans to expand our platform's market presence nationally and internationally
• Conduct well-founded market research to identify trends and growth potential in the financial industry
• Support the founder in preparing presentations and pitches for potential B2B clients as well as existing and prospective investors
• Take on operational tasks and directly impact our customers' returns

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for equity markets and a genuine interest in FinTechs
• Creative eye for growth opportunities and a natural talent for networking
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive, hands‑on mentality
• No fear of responsibility

We're looking for someone who can ideally start as a paid intern or working student, with the intention of bringing them on full‑time afterward.
