Please note that this position is on-site in Berlin, and C2-level proficiency in German is required.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with the co-founders and senior team on new digital SaaS products

• Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market

• Build dashboards and analyze performance data and product usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

• Help improve cross-team alignment - e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge-sharing between departments

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus

• Fluent in English, with C2 level in German

• Experience in a startup environment

• Be hands on

• Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies

• Structured thinker who's not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast

• Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.

• Available for a 4-6 month internship in our Berlin office
