As our Founders Associate Intern , you will be the "Right Hand" to the founding team. You won't be getting coffee; you’ll be building the engine of a startup that is redefining how GTM (Sales, Marketing, Ops) talent is discovered and placed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Founder Sparring: Work directly with the founders to execute strategic projects that move the needle (e.g., launching a new candidate vetting process or opening a new tech hub).
• GTM Operations: Help us scale our own GTM. You’ll be using tools like Attio to manage our partner network and candidate pipeline.
• Community & Growth: Design and run guerrilla marketing campaigns. Whether it’s LinkedIn content or organizing a "Founders & Friends" meetup in Berlin, you’re the face of the Gen Z bridge.
• Vetting & Analysis: Help us test and verify candidates. You’ll learn how to spot "the hunger" in others by running real-world GTM simulations.
• Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks and fix them at the root. If you can automate a workflow with AI or Zapier, do it.

• Language: Business fluent in German (C1/C2 is a must for our partner companies) and English.
