Your Mission: Be the founders trusted partner

As the Founders Associate you are a trusted partner to Fabio our CEO as well as the leadership team. You help translate vision into action by supporting strategic initiatives strengthening communication and ensuring smooth coordination across the organisation. You bring clarity structure and empathy to a fast-moving environment and help the team operate at its best as we scale.

Your Daily Business No two days are alike

Keep executive operations running smoothly: Manage Fabios inbox and calendar with care and structure support email communication and help ensure priorities meetings and follow-ups stay on track.
Support seamless workflows and team projects: Prepare clear thoughtful internal and external messages and presentations (including board materials) and help ensure smooth information flow across the organisation.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Facilitate special projects from idea to implementation collaborating closely with teams and ensuring a smooth handover into ongoing operations.
Enable informed decision-making: Conduct thoughtful research on markets competitors and users and present insights that support strategic choices.

Your Skillset What you bring to the table

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).
Analytical mindset – you’re comfortable researching topics structuring insights and supporting data-informed decisions.
Hands-on mindset with great administrative and coordination skills.
Experience in a fast-growing environment e.g. startup venture capital strategy consulting.
Sound interpersonal skills to engage confidently with internally and with key stakeholders.
Curiosity and learning agility – you enjoy discovering new topics and adapting to changing priorities.

Openness to coordinate across US/EU timezone.
