Tasks
You’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross‑functional value creation in people, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, fundraising + M&A . This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble.
No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site, the next you’ll build an automation deployed across all locations.
Requirements
You’re a generalist who can connect dots others don’t even see. You thrive on chaos, love fast learning curves, and deliver quality under pressure.
- A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
- Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start‑up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops‑heavy company.
- Completed a bachelor’s or master’s programme (business‑related field is a plus) from a top‑tier university.
- Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
