 About BoWatt

  • BoWatt builds AI software for machine and plant manufacturers. Our first product module helps technical sales and engineering teams review customer specifications faster, clearer, and with fewer mistakes.

  • We're a profitable, fast-growing startup based in Munich. The company was founded in 2023 by Steven Moore, previously a Stanford AI researcher with working experience in manufacturing (BMW, EY etventure).
  • We're a team of six right now and opening four more roles. This job is one of our first focused sales positions.

 Your responsibilities - Pipeline generation

  • Qualify ICP Prospects.
     Research machine manufacturers and identify if they match what we define as our ICP.
  • Drive multi-channel outreach.
     Use a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and conferences to connect with buyers in the machine and plant manufacturing industry.
  • Leverage modern tooling.
     Work with tools like Apollo, Lemlist and LinkedIn to create and convert lead lists efficiently.
  • Personalize at scale.
     Tailor outreach based on buyer signals and account context. Execute proven sequences and improve them through experimentation and feedback.
  • Hand over leads.
     Collaborate closely with Steven Moore to ensure smooth handover of high-quality opportunities and support with personalised customer sales documents (ROI calculations, sales presentations).
  • Nurture long-term plays.
     Keep lower-priority accounts in motion with thoughtful follow-ups and signal-based reactivation.

  • Track metrics proactively.
     Stay on top of your metrics and the leading indicators needed to achieve your goals.
  • Feed the loop.
     Bring your frontline insights back to product, marketing, and sales leadership to help refine positioning, messaging, and ideal customer profiles.

 Your character

  • You are a self-motivated hustler.
  • You are able to easily shake off rejection.
  • Team player - work closely with the sales team (Steven - CEO & Nat - Growth).
  • You want to grow into a Growth or Account Executive role, and you are willing to demonstrate a strong work ethic and develop industry expertise in order to get there.

We don't need you to be an expert in the machine and plant manufacturing industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.

Strict requirements

  • Full-time role
  • €45–60k yearly salary, plus ~1% VSOP
  • Based in Munich
  • 3–4 days per week in the office (Meta Office, Balanstraße)
  • German required; English is our internal working language
  • 1–2 years sales experience in a startup is a plus
