Founding Account Executive (m/f/d) - SaaS Logistics - € 65-75k base

What You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline growth by converting inbound leads and sourcing new opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, and run workshops to showcase how the solution addresses customer pain points.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to refine go-to-market approaches and improve customer handoffs.
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand existing accounts with new modules, upgrades, or services.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and conferences, delivering presentations and live demonstrations.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , ideally in Logistics, Inventory, or e-commerce-related software
  • Proven record of closing SMB and mid-market deals
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills, from discovery to close
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and consultative selling approach
  • Native or fluent German and English
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce and sales automation tools
  • Background in Supply Chain, Forecasting, Procurement , or Planning Software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
