The Mission

It's 2026, and B2B teams are still copy-pasting between Outlook and their ERP like it's 1999. Hoshii fixes that. We turn customer communication - emails, calls, messages - into one-click ERP actions. Real automation. Real impact. We're giving people their time back.

What we looking for

There's no script. You'll help write it.

We're looking for someone to join our newly opened Berlin office and own the full sales cycle — finding the right companies, getting in front of the right people, and closing deals. You'll work directly with the founders, iterate fast, and have real ownership over how Hoshii enters the market.

What You\'ll Do

  • Run multi-channel outbound - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, whatever works
  • Research companies, identify decision-makers, and get their attention
  • Build and document the outbound playbook from scratch
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end, from discovery to close
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team - objections, language, patterns
  • Build outreach workflows with AI tools

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Previous sales experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding your targets
  • Strong business sense - you quickly understand what different companies need
  • Hands-on and not afraid of building things from scratch
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Excited to work with smart, low-ego people who enjoy what they do
  • Ready to be on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
