About the role
In short: own AI workflows from fuzzy idea to working, intelligent systems.

Design, prototype, and ship intelligent agents powered by LLMs - capable of reasoning, acting, and working together.
Build robust backends and orchestration frameworks to manage multi-agent collaboration at scale.
Collaborate with product and design to translate user workflows into AI-native experiences.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate cutting-edge LLMs to solve real-world problems.
Drive experiments from concept to deployment - measure what matters, iterate fast.

Tech stack:
LLM & AI Stack: OpenAI, Claude, open-weight models, agentic-frameworks, RAG pipelines
Backend & Infra: Python, Docker, Azure, Postgres

You might be a fit if…
You have experience building production-grade software in Python, ideally with exposure to modern LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
You’ve worked with multi-agent frameworks, tool-use agents, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
You have an entrepreneurial mindset – you don’t wait for perfect specs, but turn ambiguity into clarity and high-impact solutions, bringing structure where there is none.
You thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment, continuously willing to learn and master your craft.
You are resourceful – with a get-it-done attitude – deeply committed, and willing to go the extra mile when it matters, because you care deeply about the problems you’re solving and you care about your own work.
