Founding Engineer - Up to €150k

Stott and May are partnered with an early-stage startup that is building AI agents for industrial distributors and manufacturers to automate order processing and workflows. We are looking for a Founding Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping their product and technology stack from the ground up. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the founders to design and build features end-to-end, introduce new AI-driven capabilities, and integrate the product into customer IT systems. This is a high-energy, hands-on role where you’ll be part of a small but driven team making high-impact decisions from day one. You’ll prototype, iterate, and deploy rapidly, contribute to defining their engineering culture and architecture, and help steer the direction of the company’s technology. Key responsibilitiesBuild full-stack features: Develop and deliver core product functionality using TypeScript frontend and Python backend.
