About Vound

We (vound.de) are a Berlin-based startup aiming to reshape the €2T EU public tender market. Most buildings around you (schools, hospitals, stadiums, etc.) are the result of a public tender. Unfortunately, the current selection process is slow, expensive and inefficient. Remember that it took your city 10 years to build? We have taken the first step towards fixing that. We are highly profitable, well‑funded and with over 60 of the leading architectural and engineering companies in Germany using our product.

Location: Remote or on-site Berlin

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the CEO to co‑own and shape the full‑cycle sales process
• Capture feedback from prospects on their needs and pains, and share that feedback (and your opinions on it!) with engineering to develop our product roadmap
• Participate in daily role‑play sessions to iterate on and improve sales motions, pitches, value props and tactics.
• Attend sales training events from leading experts such as Alex Hormozi (company expense)
