At our foundry, one of the last in southern Germany, we value the highest quality and teamwork, as both are the basis for the success of our products. We are looking for committed and motivated talent for our team at the foundry.

Have you completed vocational training and/or already gained a lot of professional experience in a skilled trade environment and know exactly what it means to “lend a hand”?

As part of a structured induction program, we will accompany you step by step as you take on your new tasks. You will be assigned an experienced mentor who will support you and be available to answer any questions you may have.

To ensure that your start with us goes smoothly, we support you even before you begin your job—for example, if you are moving to Augsburg.

The Following Tasks Await You

• Molding shop
  • Filling casting molds
  • Preparing casting molds
  • Decantation Casting molds
• Core shop
  • Filling light to complex cores
  • Shelling light to delicate cores
  • Plastering large cores weighing up to 6 tons
  • Finishing delicate cores with refractory coating

The above position is initially a temporary position for 24 months with the option of becoming permanent.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Technical or craft training (e.g., bricklaying, civil engineering, landscaping) or several years of professional experience
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Willingness to do physical work, Craftsmanship and spatial thinking (e.g., for three‑dimensional drawings)
• Crane license (bridge crane) desirable
• Ability to work independently, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Willingness to do physical work and work shifts (3 shifts/permanent early shift)
• Good written and spoken German or English
