• Professional and disciplinary management of foundry employees
• Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, punctuality and work safety
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes as well as continuous improvement
• Involvement in the planning and introduction of new manufacturing technologies
• Preparation and evaluation of relevant production figures
• Cooperation with adjacent departments to optimize casting quality and processes

That's what you bring

• Completed training as a foundry mechanic or comparable
• Desirable: Further training to become an industrial foundry master
• Alternatively: many years of foundry experience with initial management experience
• High level of initiative, leadership and solution-oriented thinking
• Safe handling of key figures and ideally experience with an ERP system
