FP&A Consultant - VC Backed Scale Up (Berlin – Interim)

We are partnering with a VC-backed scale‑up to hire a Senior FP&A Consultant on a 3‑month project with an immediate start. The position is based in Berlin, Germany, and offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Build and own three‑way models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
• Support financial planning & board‑ready presentations.
• Optimize Workday Adaptive Planning and reporting flows; reconcile to ERP.
• Ensure government/regulatory compliance across all tasks.

Role / Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years relevant experience in controlling.
• Proficient with modern financial software and a range of ERP tools.
• Clear communicator; slides and charts that tell the story.
