What You Will Do

  • Relationship Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global brands, fostering deep-rooted partnerships and high satisfaction.
  • Strategic Reviews: Conduct regular account deep-dives to assess client needs, usage patterns, and untapped growth potential.
  • Operational Health: Take direct ownership of performance metrics. You'll monitor and improve key indicators such as defect rates, order reject rates, and the "Business Open vs. Platform Open" ratio.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the lead problem-solver, advising clients on how to optimize their operations and maximize their footprint on the Uber Eats platform.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed ambitious sales and expansion targets.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to launch targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that improve both client performance and internal team workflows.
  • Specialist Coordination: Identify opportunities for technical or specialized growth and pull in the right experts (e.g., Ads Specialists or Solutions Architects) to close the deal.

What You Will Need

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role. Experience in food delivery, SaaS, or the broader tech sector is highly preferred.
  • Enterprise Expertise: Proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise partnerships.
  • Linguistic Skills: Professional fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Analytical Power: Ability to flex your analytical skills to influence decision-makers and quantify ROI through data.
