Deine Aufgaben
Als Teil unseres Franchise-Entwicklungsteams spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau unserer Marke. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Franchisepartner:innen
Führung von Erstgesprächen und Qualifizierung von Leads
Präsentation unseres Franchise-Konzepts und Begleitung im Onboarding-Prozess
Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu interessierten Unternehmer:innen und Investor:innen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z.B. Operations, Marketing) für einen reibungslosen Übergang bis zur Eröffnung
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse zur Partnergewinnung

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Business Development, Key Account Management oder in der Partnerakquise, idealerweise im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Franchising
Ausgeprägtes Gespür für unternehmerisches Denken und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Begeisterung für Gastronomie, gepaart mit einer strukturierten, proaktiven Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft für Meetings und Events (gelegentlich)
