The Mission

We don’t need a traditional "Ad Manager." We need a creative App Growth Strategist - who is also hands on. Your goal is to build a scalable Nano-Influencer & UGC Engine to make Supershift the go-to app for the US nursing and first responder community.

Your Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing: Set up a high-volume pipeline of US-based Nano-Creators in the healthcare and blue-light sectors.

Campaign Strategy: Identify and test "Aha-Moment" hooks that trigger viral loops.

Incentive Design: Develop lean, non-bureaucratic (since we are germany based and hate bills) reward systems (Referrals, Lifetime Premium, etc.) that actually motivate US creators.

Performance Tracking: Analyze which creators and hooks drive the highest App Store conversion and retention.

Your Profile

Proven Track Record: You have successfully scaled mobile apps via organic or creator-led growth.

US Market Native: You live and breathe US social media culture (TikTok/IG). You know what "Shift Life" content looks like in the States.

Hands-on Builder: You prefer "doing" over "consulting." You can set up a sourcing system from scratch.

Language: Native-level English is a must; German is a plus but not required.
