We are launching Atelier Cuisine, a hands‑on cooking program in Nuremberg designed to help participants build confidence in the kitchen and learn practical cooking skills. While our current pilot focuses on cooking fundamentals (French inspired), the program is designed to expand to all types of cuisines, cooking techniques, and audiences, including individuals, small groups, and corporate team‑building events.
Courses are small‑group and hands‑on, teaching skills that participants can repeat at home. Current focus includes a beginner bootcamp course covering knife skills, sauces, eggs, meat, vegetables, pasta, simple desserts, and approachable plating/dressage. The exact themes are still to be defined for the pilot course according to demand & chef skills.
