Freelance Contracts Manager (Legal Support)

On behalf of an international client, we are currently seeking a Freelance Contracts Manager (Legal Support) to support the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements for the EMEA region .

Responsibilities

• Independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal agreements for the EMEA region, including MSAs , HCP and HCO contracts , CDAs , and other commercial templates.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating contract templates and standard agreement documentation.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization within contract management workflows.
• Managing agreements end to end through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Providing solution-oriented legal support to internal business stakeholders.
• Preparing training materials and maintaining FAQs related to standard agreements.

Minimum Requirements

• Master of Law degree plus national legal qualification .
• 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm or international corporate environment (biotech/pharma experience is a plus).
• Language requirements:
  • English: native or business proficient (mandatory)
  • German: native or business proficient (mandatory)
• Strong commercial contracting expertise and the ability to manage agreements end to end with minimal supervision.

Preferred Requirements

• French: strong advantage.
