Tasks

• Patient screening (via phone and email) - Offer top-tier customer service (no sales involved).
• You will assist the patients until they are successfully linked with the study site.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level), and English (C1 minimum, operational language).
• You completed an education or a degree in the sciences or a medically related profession.
• You have experience with phone and email inquiries, preferably in a call center.
• You have solid PC skills and IT affinity.
• You have a separate, quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload DSL speed.
