Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor

Ecolab’s Ecosure division is a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance auditor in the Bielefeld area, Germany.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Conduct food safety, brand standard, and health & safety audits at client sites.
Provide coaching and training to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices.
Report accurately and maintain strong client communication.
Apply industry‑leading knowledge and monitor practices.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

Speak fluent German.
Hold a food safety qualification.
Are willing to travel in the nearby region.
Have experience in food safety auditing.
Have a valid driving license and own a car.

Preferred Skills And Experience

Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000.
Experience in retail food safety and brand standard audits.
Ability to coach and consult in food‑related settings.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently with good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with Ecolab. No relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
