Job Description

This role focuses on the technical setup, optimization, and management of LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for configuring Campaign Manager from start to finish, ensuring all campaign objectives, budgets, targeting strategies, and tracking mechanisms are correctly implemented to maximize lead quality and minimize cost per lead. All creative assets, including visuals and copy, will be provided, allowing you to concentrate on expert campaign configuration and performance optimization.
The position requires building and structuring Lead Gen, Document Ads, and Single Image Ads campaigns, setting up custom audiences, deploying the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and verifying the integrity of all campaign elements, forms, and landing pages. You will also deliver a comprehensive, actionable report with recommendations for ongoing improvement.
The initial contract is short-term (1–2 weeks), with the possibility of extension based on results.

Deliverables

• Full technical setup and optimization of LinkedIn B2B campaigns (Lead Gen, Document Ads, Single Image Ads)
• Audience segmentation and targeting configuration
• Deployment and verification of LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Integrity checks for all campaigns, forms, and landing pages
• Performance tracking and reporting on key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates)
• Actionable recommendations for campaign improvement

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in LinkedIn Ads management for B2B campaigns, ideally within banking, energy, or real estate sectors
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization best practices
Familiarity with key performance metrics: CTR, CPL, conversion rates
Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy standards
Ability to provide references for previous LinkedIn B2B campaign work
Availability for a short-term contract (1–2 weeks) with potential for extension
