Within the scope of a freelance activity (ca. 20 hours / month), we have the following tasks to assign for an experienced:

Freelancer Paid Social Manager (all genders)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager based on HQ media plans
• Apply HQ-defined funnel structures (cold / warm / hot)
• Localize campaigns per market (currency, targeting) using HQ-provided copy and assets
• Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve delivery and engagement
• Conduct A/B tests and share key learnings with HQ
• Deliver concise reports with topline results and optimization notes
• Ensure pixel/UTM tagging is correctly applied and flag tracking anomalies

Preferred profile & skills

• Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
• Understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization
• Ability to follow HQ playbooks and execute accurately across markets
• Reliable, structured, and detail‑oriented
• Fluent in English (German or other EU languages a plus)
• Based in Germany or within the EU (CET ±1h)
