To support our client eBay, we are looking for a freelance Program Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately , at the Berlin office (currently:hybrid between office and home office ).
Alternatively, the role can be fully remote within Germany.

Your mission

• Lead the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., Energy Efficiency Labelling, Hazmat Labelling, other Environmental Regulations).
• Collaborate with tax, legal, government relations, and analytics teams to assess regulatory impacts and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Draft and manage business requirements and ensure alignment with product and technical counterparts.
• Coordinate across global business units and PMOs, ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated into aligned solutions.
• Prepare regular project updates and senior management reporting.
• Support the broader Regulatory Initiative with horizontal activities, such as reporting or AI-driven enablement.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in large-scale regulatory or transformation projects – preferably in e-commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Energy Labelling or Hazmat Labelling regulations is a strong plus.
• Confident working with international, cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complexity.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to apply them to improve execution is a plus.
• Fluent in English (business level); German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (10–15%), if required.
