To support our client eBay, we are looking for a freelance Project Manager Communications (m/f/d) . The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Berlin office.

Your mission

• Plan and manage EU-wide communication projects and campaigns on new regulatory topics, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery.
• Write, adapt, and localize content in German and English, aligning with brand, tone, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Communications) to develop clear, consistent messaging for European markets.
• Translate complex information into engaging, user‑focused communication that helps sellers navigate upcoming regulations.
• Use AI tools and efficient workflows to enhance content creation, localization, and approval processes.
• Support campaign execution through hands‑on coordination, stakeholder management, and updates to communication materials.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation (German and English), project management, or communications.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating complex regulatory or technical topics for general audiences.
• Strong understanding of the e‑commerce sector and international environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
