Freelance SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert – HR Insights & Reporting Strategy

Location: Germany (Remote with occasional on-site)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (initial), with potential extension – programme runs 3+ years

Type: Freelance / Contract

We are currently supporting a major HR IT Transformation programme for an international client based in Germany and are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert to lead the evolution of data-driven HR insights across a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and hands-on expertise in the design and deployment of SuccessFactors People Analytics (embedded analytics, Story Reports, Workforce Analytics)
Support the development of a global HR reporting framework that aligns with business KPIs and HR transformation objectives
Drive the integration of People Analytics with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Talent modules) and external data sources
Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with IT and business architecture
Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops and working groups without taking on a formal stream lead role

Your Profile:

8+ years of experience in HR analytics , with strong focus on SuccessFactors People Analytics / Workforce Analytics
Solid understanding of HR data models , KPIs, and visualization best practices
Proven track record in HRIT transformation programmes involving SAP SuccessFactors
Familiarity with data integration tools , HR reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics
Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous
Available to start immediately
