Freelance HVAC Ducting Supervisor (m/w/d)

We are currently recruiting a Freelance Ducting Installation Supervisor (m/f/d) / Site Manager (m/f/d) for a large-scale, mission-critical construction project based in Frankfurt.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity working for a specialist HVAC ducting contractor on a highly organised site with strong safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility for the ventilation ductwork installation package, overseeing site delivery from planning through installation to handover.
Supervise HVAC ventilation duct installation works on site
Lead and manage ducting installation teams
Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors
Ensure QEHS standards are met and maintained
Plan labour, materials, and installation sequencing
Monitor progress and report against programme
Liaise with design and BIM teams
Maintain accurate site documentation and records
Support snagging, quality close-out, and handover
Strong background in HVAC ventilation ductwork installation
Previous experience supervising ducting works on large projects
Experience in data centres, pharma, hospitals, or other high-spec environments preferred
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Good IT skills (BIM / Procore experience beneficial)
Fluent in English and German
Right to work
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
