Supporting a client project

Open Roles:

• ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
  Focus on improving customer service processes.
  Work with case management, service requests, and customer workflows.


• 2x ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)
  Support field operations such as scheduling and dispatching.
  Help improve workflow efficiency for on-site service.


• ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
  Support demand, project, and resource management.
  Help improve visibility and alignment across portfolios.

General Requirements

• Experience with the relevant ServiceNow module(s).
• Ability to engage with client stakeholders.
• Comfortable working part-time and remotely.
• Fluent French.
