We’re hiring someone who can:
- Share their own sales know-how in ways that educate and inspire.
- Network with great sellers, partners, and influencers to capture their playbooks, stories, and tactics.
- Package it all into content that becomes the daily fuel for modern sales teams.
This isn’t “content marketing.”
It’s building the go-to source of practical outbound & sales knowledge.
Disclaimer: this role requires excellent english skills and strong international culture (us-first focus).
What you’ll actually do
- Create playbooks & workflows → share your own experience and spotlight methods from other sellers.
- Build your & our voice → grow your presence on LinkedIn and beyond as a trusted sales educator.
- Host & interview → webinars, podcasts, YouTube episodes with sales leaders and top performers.
- Publish benchmarks & studies → produce unique industry references (e.g., how sales teams are structured, compensation benchmarks, etc.).
- Run IRL events → organize breakfasts, afterworks, and meetups in the US and Europe to connect the sales community.
Who you are
- Seller at heart → You’ve sold before (SDR, AE, consultant) or worked closely with outbound teams.
- Educator by instinct → You love breaking down tactics into clear, usable steps.
- Connector → You thrive on talking to top sellers, learning their methods, and showcasing their stories.
- Content maker → You’re comfortable on LinkedIn, YouTube, or podcasts, and you’re ready to produce regularly.
- English-first communicator → You can write and speak with clarity, simplicity, and impact for a US audience.
- Sales-tech savvy → You know the tools, the communities, the trends.
- Creative & organized → You bring fresh campaign ideas but can also ship them reliably.

What You’ll Achieve
Within 3 months:
- Deliver your first standout content initiatives around key lemlist USPs (deliverability, multichannel outreach, AI personalization…) or major product launches (e.g., in-app calls, WhatsApp prospecting, CRM workflows).
- Create a piece of content with exceptional engagement metrics (e.g., a lead magnet that goes viral on LinkedIn).
Within 12 months:
- Build and scale a content engine that fuels acquisition and activation consistently.
- Become a trusted voice of lemlist for sales teams, known for actionable content that drives measurable business impact.
- Grow your own audience as a thought leader in the sales community.
