ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for motivated, communicative and well-organized Front of House (FOH) Düsseldorf team members with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our BEAT81 indoor cycling studios, committing 15 to 25 hours a week to deliver top-notch service and outstanding customer experiences. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate a memorable first impression by being the face of hospitality for every studio guestIntroduce new customers to the bikes and provide detailed information about our workout conceptHandle customer issues and concerns proactively, positively, and promptlyWork closely with coaches, studio managers, and other FOH staff to ensure smooth studio operationsAssist with check-ins and class bookingsUphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all membersMaintain a clean and organised front desk, lobby, and ride room areaAssist with daily studio tasks, including laundry and supply refillsSupport bike maintenance tasks YOUR PROFILEProfessionalism: You demonstrate reliability, including timeliness and organised communication.Customer-Focused Mindset: You are able to deliver a high-level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction.Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to connect with a wide range of personalities.Attention to Detail: You excel at managing tasks efficiently with your strong planning and coordination skills.Positive Attitude: You have a contagious, outgoing, and proactive approach to customer service.Flexibility: You are able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, early mornings, midday shifts, and late evenings.Language Skills: You are fluent in English (if applying in Berlin), or you are fluent in German (if applying in any other city).Experience: Prior customer experience is preferred.
