About the role

From check-in to “See you again”: our 10‑strong team at the 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian reception ensures guests are happy from their first moment there till their last. We’re looking forward to welcoming you as Front Office Shiftleader (m/f/d).

Working Days

4‑day workweek. Enjoy three days off every week and the opportunity to organize your free time more flexibly.

Job description

• At reception, ensure guests are satisfied and enthusiastic.
• Stay cool—even when many guests arrive at the same time for check‑in.
• Make sure operations run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel, and that admin processes for the team run perfectly.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel industry, professional experience, fluent German and English.
• Can inspire colleagues and guests.
• Knows the city well and has local tips.
• Brings skills and character.
• Be a doer and openly admit mistakes.
