Frontend Developer (All Genders)

Our client is a HealthTech company focused on digital solutions for hospitals and medical facilities across Germany. They build products used daily by patients and healthcare professionals, and place high value on quality, compliance, and the optimization of clinical workflows.

Your Role:

You will develop end-to-end product features with a strong focus on the Vue/TypeScript frontend, working closely with product, design and clinical teams to turn requirements into reliable, accessible user interfaces.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Implementing end-to-end product features with Vue and TypeScript.
• Ensuring quality through unit, integration and visual-regression tests as well as telemetry (logs, metrics, traces).
• Shaping frontend architecture, component libraries and participating in code reviews to build scalable, maintainable and accessible UIs.
• Collaborating tightly with clinical teams, product and design to refine requirements, iterate on UX and document features in line with compliance standards.
• Participating in an on‑call rotation and improving monitoring and tooling for safe incident handling.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of production experience building frontend solutions, with demonstrated ownership of at least one customer‑facing feature.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue essential; React or Angular possible).
• Confident with TypeScript, state management and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite, Storybook, testing libraries).
• Focus on automated testing, accessibility and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Good communication and teamwork skills working with UI/UX designers and product owners.
• Optional: experience with healthcare software or standards (e.g. FHIR).
