We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who can design and deliver complex solutions while providing technical leadership within their team. To learn more, please visit our website. 🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React, ensuring high-quality, reusable components that scale across our financial productsProvide technical leadership in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend developmentPartner with product and design teams to define and implement intuitive interfaces that help ecommerce brands access and manage their fundingDrive improvements in performance, accessibility, and user experience across our platformMentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standardsCollaborate with backend teams to design and implement robust API integrationsLead technical discussions and contribute to the team's technical strategyIdentify and proactively address technical debt and system scalability challenges 🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of professional experience in software development, with deep expertise in frontend developmentAdvanced proficiency in TypeScript and extensive experience with React and modern frontend architecturesExpert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals with a focus on performance optimisationStrong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and managing complex stateSolid understanding of Python and Django, with the ability to mentor othersExperience with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high-quality testing practicesProven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problemsExcellent communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships What is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it. You'll need to balance technical excellence with business needs and help guide the team toward pragmatic solutions. You excel at stakeholder management and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
