Responsibilities

• Optimise and expand last-mile delivery networks, monitoring both 1P and 3P performance to ensure a high-quality fulfilment experience for customers and merchants.
• Analyse fulfilment data including delivery timeliness, lost parcel rates, and complaint ratios, identifying root causes and driving issue resolution.
• Conduct cost and settlement analysis for last-mile operations, identifying opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and delivery success rates.
• Evaluate and select logistics service providers, addressing process bottlenecks and implementing data-driven improvements in efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, IT, and customer service teams to upgrade fulfilment systems and workflows, ensuring scalable and reliable end-to-end delivery operations.
