Your Tasks

  • Frontend Development: Design and implement a high‑performance, accessible web portal using React and TypeScript. Build complex dashboards for project management, data exploration (S3 abstraction), and real‑time compute monitoring.
  • Backend Architecture: Develop robust server‑side logic and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS) to manage user identities, project governance, and the orchestration of cloud resources.
  • Cloud Integration: Work closely with Cloud Engineers to integrate the application with AWS services (Cognito for federated IAM, S3 for data storage, and ECS/Fargate for containerized compute).
  • Security & Compliance: Implement Privacy by Design principles. Build audit‑logging systems and approval workflows to ensure compliance with GDPR framework.
  • Database Management: Maintain and optimise relational data models using PostgreSQL (via Prisma, TypeORM or Sequelize) to track project states, agreements, and resource quotas.
  • DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) and containerisation strategies (Docker) to ensure 100% reproducible development and production environments.

Your Profile

  • Technical Foundation: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Frontend Mastery: 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript. Comfortable building responsive UIs and using modern state management (Redux/Zustand).
  • Backend Expertise: Solid experience in JavaScript and building scalable APIs. Familiarity with database schema design and migration strategies.
  • Cloud Literacy: Experience with the AWS ecosystem is highly desirable (specifically Cognito, S3, and Lambda).
  • Language: Proficiency in English (working language); German is a plus but not required.
